Lodam Chiller Controller (LMC350) is total optimized control to preserve goods
The Lodam Chiller Controller is a state of the art microprocessor controller. It is specially designed for use in Chiller systems. The temperature is kept at the selected set point by controlling the compressor capacity through Lodam’s unique Intelligent Capacity Control. This is done by using 4 steps and/or a frequency inverter controlled variable speed compressor. The condenser temperature is controlled by using a step controlled or variable speed of up to 4 condenser fans.
The temperature of the condenser can be either fixed or dependent on the ambient temperature through the intelligent controller. The temperature difference between the room temperature and the brine temperature is kept at a minimum in order to reduce dehumidification of the goods and maintain the quality of the goods. Lodam Chiller controller can control room temperature with process control, using a programmable temperature curve. The temperature can be changed by a certain amount of degrees per hour, until a specific room temperature is achieved.
Lodam Chiller control can be used in 3 applications; each application can be configured to a number of compressor/condenser combinations. 3 independent safety chains can be connected to all 3 applications, typically: high pressure, low pressure and frequency converter alarm.
